Andrew Matson brings over 20 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance to his role as CEO of Augment Risk and leads the firm’s mission to provide bespoke reinsurance and capital solutions that support high-growth businesses in achieving their ambitions. Andrew has a proven track record of structuring multi-year, multi-line solutions for diverse and complex challenges. He spent 15 years at Aon, where he served as CEO of Global MGA and Portfolio Solutions, pioneering bespoke underwriting strategies and large-scale, multi-line solutions. He began his career at Guy Carpenter’s Casualty Reinsurance practice in London. Andrew holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Liverpool.

Louise Miller brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the (re)insurance industry, making her uniquely suited to lead the firm’s operational strategy. Her career has been defined by a remarkable ability to design innovative reinsurance programs and build high-performing operational frameworks. Having held key leadership roles at prominent global organizations, Louise has developed expertise in reinsurance structuring, operational optimization, and client-focused solutions, with a strong emphasis on delivering bold, bespoke strategies. Louise is responsible for designing and optimizing the firm’s global operating model to meet the evolving needs of clients. Her deep technical knowledge, coupled with a proven track record of collaboration across operations, analytics, and broking teams, ensures that the firm’s infrastructure is equipped to handle complex challenges while maintaining a strong commitment to its client-first philosophy.

Stefan Beck oversees Augment Risk’s financial strategy, driving disciplined growth and long-term value creation for the firm and its clients. As CFO, he manages all financial operations and ensures alignment with the company’s vision while delivering on Augment Risk’s client focus. Stefan has over 20 years of global experience in financial leadership, having held key roles at Aon across the US, Europe, and Asia. He served as Chief of Staff to Aon’s Global CFO, where he led initiatives to improve revenue performance and integrate digital tools. Earlier in his career, he worked at KPMG, advising global clients on valuation and economic strategies.

Emma Tremewan leads Augment Risk’s recruitment and people strategy, shaping a high-performance, innovative culture that fuels the firm’s growth. She focuses on attracting top talent, developing impactful leaders, and building a collaborative workforce. With over a decade of experience in senior HR roles driving HR transformation and talent initiatives across insurance, consulting, and technology sectors, Emma brings a proven track record of delivering impactful results. She holds a first-class honours degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.

Jeff Devine oversees Augment Risk’s technology strategy, ensuring the firm’s platforms and products consistently align with its client-first mission. With a passion for innovation, Jeff specializes in delivering creative, customer-focused solutions that generate exceptional value. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing advanced technology platforms to address complex business challenges. He founded ExecutiveView, a SaaS company, and served as Chief Digital Officer at Allied World, leading the company’s transition to the cloud and technology modernization.

Jennifer Moore serves as Augment Risk’s General Counsel, advising on complex corporate, regulatory and compliance matters while supporting the firm’s client-first solutions. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jennifer has held roles across underwriting, broking, and legal leadership. Her career includes a decade at Chubb’s general counsel department and leadership positions at major insurance organizations. She holds a JD from Pace School of Law and is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.

Carmen Loots leads Augment Risk’s Bridge Analytics function, leveraging data and analytics to quantify Augment’s unique value proposition into actionable growth strategies. She specializes in tailored solutions that balance growth, risk, and efficiency while ensuring hyper-focus on each client’s ambitions. Carmen has extensive expertise in pricing, structuring, and capital optimization, having held senior roles at global reinsurance firms. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds a postgraduate Honors Degree in Actuarial Science from Stellenbosch University.

David Poulteney leads Augment Risk’s global marketing agenda, focusing on our media relationships and amplifying our value proposition within the Insurance, Finance, and Private Equity sectors.  David brings a wealth of expertise, having spent over 12 years at Aon, most recently as Global Insight Marketing Leader, where he managed marketing, commercial partnerships, and both internal and external communications. Before Aon, he held senior marketing and communications roles at leading financial institutions, including BlackRock Investment Management and SEB Enskilda Investment Banking. David holds an honors degree in English & American Literature from The University of Canterbury.

Tatiana Ibanez-Regueiro is the Chief of Staff at Augment Risk, driving strategic alignment and operational excellence. She works closely with the executive team to lead key initiatives,  manage company objectives, and enhance cross-department communication. With experience structuring complex reinsurance programs, she brings a deep understanding of client needs, helping shape strategies that deliver high-impact solutions. She holds an honors degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham.

David Ledger provides strategic guidance to Augment Risk, leveraging nearly 50 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. He supports the firm’s efforts to deliver innovative, client-first solutions while shaping its forward-thinking strategies. David previously served as Chairman of Aon Benfield UK, COO of Aon UK Limited and Chairman of PPL, where he played a key role in advancing industry modernization and fostering collaboration.

Michael Gould advises Augment Risk on all aspects of the business including operational strategy and digital transformation, ensuring the firm’s innovative solutions align with client needs. He focuses on maximizing efficiency and driving long-term impact. Michael has held senior leadership roles as COO at Hiscox, Talbot, and Brit Insurance, where he implemented transformative strategies and prioritized operational excellence.

Alan Quilter supports Augment Risk’s leadership with over 55 years of experience in the insurance industry. He advises on innovative strategies that align with the firm’s vision of delivering transformative client solutions. Alan, a qualified chartered accountant and corporate treasurer, spent 20 years in the Lloyd’s Market where he held senior positions with Managing Agents and Investment Managers.  As co-founder of a successful insurance business, Alan has a proven track record of designing growth-focused strategies and innovative capital solutions.
